I ordered my box about two and half weeks prior to receiving it. The turn around time was even faster than expected and I really loved the piece! The custom engraving was exactly what I asked for. **NOTE: Most of the pictures display very elegant/cutsey fonts which is what I expected, however when I received my box it was just an ordinary font. So make sure to tell them in the "letter to the seller" area of your purchasing order which type of font you want. Be specific. Regardless of the font, it came out beautifully & I am very happy with it. GREAT customer service and an even better product. Highly recommend!
