Sales tax: for shipments to Massachusetts; a sales tax of 6.25% is collected.
For custom Table orders we require a deposit prior to commencing of work.
We can place an in-stock table on reserve for up to 2 weeks for a non-refundable deposit of $30, which will apply to the total cost of the table when purchased.
Please contact us for custom deposits.
Shipping rates are listed with the item, based on lowest cost shipping: USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation, which usually takes between 3-8 days. If within the shipping cost I will choose to ship USPS Priority Mail (1-5 days) or FedEx Ground (1-5 days).
Turnaround time: I try to ship your item the next day after payment is cleared, and almost always ship within 3 business days of cleared payment. If you need rush shipping, contact me.
All our Cutting & Serving boards are lovingly gift wrapped, perfect for giving as a special gift. We can also direct ship to your giftee; add the recipient’s address to the receipt upon purchase, or conversation me to send your information. A gift card with desired message can also be included for no additional fee.
For international shipping costs, conversation us and we can price it out for you! Any customs fees to be paid by receiver.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality of the products we handcraft and offering great customer service is our top priority.
If you are not in love with your item when you receive it; you may return it within 10 days and receive a store credit or a full refund. Item must be unused and in same condition as received. Shipping will not be refunded or compensated in this instance.
Return your item in its original packaging, and ship your item back to us with the carrier of your choice. Note, we require using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment, we are not liable for a package lost in transit without any tracking availability.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
If, in a rare instance, your item is damaged in transit, contact us and we will discuss refund or replacement in this instance.
